Liposuction

Having a hard time getting rid of those final bulges after months or years of exercise and diet? Then you may a perfect candidate for liposuction. Dr. Severinac coined the term “liposculpture” in 1993 when he began his plastic surgery training. He realized that this technique involves more than just “sucking fat.” He conceptualizes this as a sculpting process where localized excess fatty deposits are contoured to blend with surrounding contours. The smallest cannulas or suction tubes are used through very small incisions for precision in the sculpting process. The best results are seen with patients near their ideal body weight, and liposuction should never be used for weight loss.

The most common areas of liposuction are the outer upper thighs or "saddle bags", the lower torso or "love handles", that lower tummy, the knees, and neck.  If you think you might be a good candidate for liposuction and would like to learn more, please contact our practice today.
